Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Customs Information
Kazakhstan introduced VAT to foreign entities selling online goods to customers in Kazakhstan. iHerb will be obliged to go through a special registration and pay Kazakhstan VAT (Article 779.1 of the Tax Code). All iHerb orders shipped to Kazakhstan are subject to 12% VAT as of January 1, 2022. VAT has been included in the product price and will be paid directly to Kazakhstan tax authority.
All goods transported across the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to mandatory customs clearance per the procedure and under the conditions stipulated by the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union. The procedure for customs declaration is performed using a passenger declaration of goods that entered the customs territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and containing goods for personal use.
By the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), the duty-free importation threshold applies to goods for personal use with a value not exceeding the equivalent of 200 Euro and a weight not exceeding 31 kg. Personal use import that exceed the threshold may be subject to applicable duties, taxes, and other brokerage (handling) fee. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.
Shipping
All iHerb orders are shipped internationally from iHerb warehouses to your country via air freight.
The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.
Once your order is shipped from iHerb, the carrier of your choice will send you a link with instructions (via email or SMS) to fill out additional documents of personal information for customs clearance purposes. Please complete and submit the requested document(s). Failure to completion of this step may cause customs clearance delays. Please note that by sending the contract and a copy of your ID, you give the right to the customs representative to use your data for purposes of customs clearance.
