I have been trying various type of canned fish and pretty much none of the products sell on iHerb would be disappont. For the past, I have mainly stuck with Salmon and Tuna and for the first time, I bought this type of Sardines. The taste of Tuna/Salmon aren't strong as Sardine, so it depends on whether you prefer a heavier taste or not, if you do, this is a much suitable option for you and it goes better with salad given Salad are typically being served as a lighter dish.

Top quality brisling sardines!

As sardines on toast is a regular favourite, I’ve been trying all varieties offered by iHerb. Attracted to this brand for their sustainably wild caught sardines, and these from the sea lochs of western Scotland fished by family owned boats. Being brisling sardines, they’re much smaller in size, less than half of regular sardines. These have a tender texture and the mild flavour is enhanced by the natural wood smoking. The smoked flavour goes so well with rye bread! These delicate sardines are not only natural and delicious, but very nutritious with its high content of calcium (20% daily value), protein and omega 3 oils. Fully recommend!
